I am not a firm. I am not a team. I am one person — and I give every client my complete attention.
(01)The story

From 2007 to 2012, I managed a residential block opposite Regent’s Park. Since 2012, I have managed one of the most prestigious residential blocks in Knightsbridge, where I still work today.
It is through this work that Yallops exists. Managing a building means knowing every resident, every flat, and every nuance of what makes each one desirable — and it means hearing, long before anything comes to market, who is thinking of selling and who is quietly looking to buy.
Over the years, those conversations and the trust of people in the know — residents, neighbours, others in similar positions across London — became something more: a private practice in property introductions.
I act for vendors and purchasers, always in complete confidence. I do not publish my clients’ names. I do not advertise their properties. I do not invite the world in and wait. I identify the right person and make one introduction, at the right time.

In their words
“Kevin did not simply sell our flat. He found the one person in London for whom it was exactly right. The process was handled with a care and a quiet efficiency I have not experienced before or since.”
“I had been searching for two years through conventional channels. Kevin found what I was looking for in three months, and I was never once asked to look at something unsuitable. He does not waste your time.”
“The property was never marketed. Kevin simply called me one morning and told me he had found the right buyer. He was correct. I would not consider instructing anyone else.”
