Regent’s Park, Nash’s terraces

John Nash’s stucco terraces, facing some of the finest parkland in London — where my career began.

My career began here: from 2007 to 2012 I managed a residential block opposite Regent’s Park. I know its terraces, and the unhurried way the neighbourhood works, from the inside.

The terraces

John Nash’s Regency terraces — Cumberland, Hanover, Chester, York — face directly onto the park and remain among the most beautiful residential buildings in the country. Many are held on long leases from the Crown Estate.

The quiet market

Homes on the terraces are rare and their owners often long-standing. Knowing who might consider moving, and who is quietly waiting for exactly that opportunity, is the whole of the work.

Who it suits

Purchasers who want space, light and parkland on the doorstep, a few minutes from Marylebone and the West End.
